*This is a great experience for MOMS and children between the ages of 12-17 but beneficial for Mothers and Daughters of all ages who wish to strengthen their bond and relationship.

The Retreat Experience
This retreat was created especially for mothers and teen daughters who need to heal, connect, and reconnect but moms and daughters of all ages are welcome.
We will unearth the main disconnections or misunderstandings and prepare a healthy map for communication.
We will address childhood trauma, mama trauma and how both realities shaped you then and now while coming to a place of understanding and respect.
The day is full of authentic conversations, exercises, practices and activities designed to support, encourage and create a new foundation in which you will build the relationship you need and deserve. We will spend time indoors and outdoors. Taking advantage of the beautiful grounds, a visit with Miss Sheila (the horse) and her baby, while engaging in activities that will bring you closer.
